  1. Fluid Types:
    • Sludge: Raw, primary, secondary, tertiary, floating, activated, return, excess, digested, stabilized, inoculation, wet and thickened sludge, with max. 1.000 cP and 8% DS.
    • Polymer: Polymer concentrate and solution with max. 1.000cP.
  2. Pump Configuration: Standard block pump with Nord geared motor and U-beam-baseplate, all coated with standard ALLWEILER paintwork (single coat, alkydresin, 50 µm, RAL 5017).
  3. Materials:
    • Sludge Pumps: Casings: EN-GJL-250, Shafts: 1.1191/1.4021, Rotor: 1.2436/1.2379 (ductile-hard-chrome-plated), Stator & joint sleeves: Perbunan (NBR).
    • Polymer Pumps: Casings: EN-GJL-250 (1.4408 for DE-series), Shafts: 1.4470/1.4404, Rotor: 1.4404, Stator & joint sleeves: Hypalon (Viton for DE-series).
  4. Included Accessories: Single-acting elastomer-bellow mech. seal (Q1Q1VGG), Dry-run protection ATLS-T1V with seperate 230 V controller.
  5. Decimal Separator: Please use a dot (.) as the decimal separator.
