SN® & SM® Series
Decades of Reliability, Efficiency, and Versatility
ALLWEILER's SN® and SM® series three-screw pumps offer decades of optimized reliability, efficiency and adaptability. The self-priming pump features hardened and polished spindles which are running in a replaceable liner. It offers a wide range of variants and applications thanks to a flexible modular system.
Hydraulic drive of the drive screws and full hydrostatic compensation of the axial thrust ensures reliable performance. The drive screw is supported either by a fluid-lubricated or by an external grease-lubricated bearing. Whether in the industrial, power, oil and gas, or maritime sectors, SN®/SM® series three-screw pumps are the ideal choice for demanding applications.

Versatile Solution
Tailored Pumping Excellence
The SN®/SM® series modular system allows a wide variety of designs and installation types using the same pumping elements. These include horizontal and vertical designs, base-plate and flange-mounted versions, pumps driven by electric motors, hydraulic motors or directly by gearboxes, a wide variety of flange arrangements and dimensions, API 676-compliant versions and custom designs.
Optionally the pump can be heated electrically or with a heat transfer medium such as steam in the form of a heating jacket, heating cartridge or even a double shell. Another option is to equip the SN®/SM® series with a directly mounted pressure relief valve.
Seal the Deal
Customizable Solutions for Mechanical Seals
The choice between a wide range of mechanical sealings as well as magnetic couplings allows to tailor the sealing solution to meet your specific needs. The return line connects the seal chamber to the suction chamber, so that the shaft seal is only affected by the suction/intake pressure. This intelligent design ensures reliable sealing regardless of discharge pressure, which increases service life and minimizes maintenance.
The Art of Technological Adaptation
The Liner of the SN&SM Series Pumps.
A key feature of this series is the interchangeable liner. Thanks to this intelligent design, we can adapt the materials and coatings of the liner to the specific operating conditions and thus achieve optimum solutions for specific applications. This is critical when handling abrasive media that require special materials to ensure long-term performance and durability. The replaceable liner also allows for easy maintenance of the pump.
