At the show, CIRCOR will feature its Zenith PEP-II Series Precision Gear Pumps, which are ideal for separator film extrusion processes used in the production of lithium battery separators. The PEP-II pumps are renowned for their precise, pulseless, and repeatable metering, offering near-constant flow without the need for expensive flow meters and control systems. This technology significantly reduces downtime and enhances product quality, making it a vital component for manufacturers in the fast-growing lithium battery market. The corrosion-resistant C9000 pump will also be on display. The C9000 is widely used for film pasting applications. The all-metal design (no elastomeric staters) makes this pump a great choice for pumping varied aggressive fluids. Zenith will also highlight its 2K capabilities with product examples and demonstrations. The 2K systems feature hardened construction materials for enhanced durability, ensuring a long lifespan even in abrasive applications.
